During this time (until the giveaway has begun), you can earn tokens by participating in actions to increase your chance, also you can revoke your tokens and transfer them to another giveaway. As soon as the giveaway becomes active, tokens can only be added by performing actions.

Grand Prize Winner will receive Warframe: Prime Vault Brute Force Prime Pack. All winners, besides Grand Prize Winner, will receive one of the prizes specified in the table above. Other participants will receive consolation prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ukraine without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Kiev having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

If the Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt, the Grand Prize remains with Sponsor. All other winners will receive their awards.
